Telenor customers can enjoy data experience at the rate of up to 1.5Kyats/MB.

There are 5 different Data SuBoo pack offers. The validity of the pack is 30 days. The remaining unused pack balance will be added to the next purchase if they buy within 7 days after the pack expiry.

  • Only available for Prepaid Customers.
  • Benefits will be rolled-over or carried forward until the next pack purchase on next 7 days. The balance will be combined with next available benefits from last purchased date.
  • When the pack is expired, customer will not be able to use the remaining benefits until new pack purchase has been made.
  • If all benefits are used up before validity, it will count as new pack when subscribe again. So, roll over will start with new subscription.
  • Pack validity will be that of the last purchased pack if multiple packs are purchased within validity date.

What is Data Suboo?

The data SuBoo is a special pack which offers internet pack. The pack validity is 30 days. Although the pack validity is 30 days, the remaining benefit will be valid next 7 days from the expiry date. When the customer makes the next purchase on next month, the remaining benefit will be roll over, and the customer is allowed to use not only the pack benefit but also the remaining benefit from the previous month purchased.

How can I subscribe Data Suboo packs?

Existing old Data SuBoo will be stopped and not be able to subscribe starting from on 31st October, 2017 (midnight 23:59 PM), however, customer can subscribe new Data SuBoo updated packs which will be launched on 1st November, 2017.

What will happen if the customer bought the Data SuBoo new update packs while he has remaining balance from old packs?

If customer subscribe new update packs while still having remaining balance from Data SuBoo old packs, the benefits will be combined and the validity will be as of the last subscribed new update pack. E.g. if the customer bought the old Data SuBoo pack 5GB on 25th October 2017, the pack validity will be until 24th November 2017, and if the customer bought the new update Data SuBoo 4GB on November 1st , the benefits will be stacked to 9GB (4GB + Previous pack 5GB) and validity will be 30 days from 1st Nov 2017.

If the customer bought the Data SuBoo existing packs on 25th October that will be expired on 24th November 2017, what will happen on the Data SuBoo remaining balance after the new updated offers are launched?

The customer can enjoy their previous Data SuBoo pack until the end of their validity. And, when the customer subscribed the new Data SuBoo packs after November 1st, 2017, benefits from the previous packs and the new packs will be combined and the validity will be as of the last subscribed pack.

Can I subscribe multiple times within validity period?

Yes, the multiple subscriptions are allowed, and the validity will be extended to 30 days from the last purchased date.

What happened if I used up the pack benefit before validity?

If all benefits are used up before validity, there will be no roll over to the next purchase.

How can I check my Data SuBoo balance?

You can check your extended balance (internet packs and other benefits) by dialing *9124#.

I am on postpaid plan. Can I buy Data SuBoo pack?

No. Data SuBoo is only applicable for Prepaid Customers.

Is the mentioned prices for each data suboo are tax inclusive or exclusive?

Yes. Tax inclusive.

Is there any change on validity for this new Data SuBoo pack offers?

The validity of the packs will remain the same as before. The pack is valid for 30 days and roll over is for 7 days.

What is the different between validity and expiry?

That is the uniqueness of this Data SuBoo. When the customer purchased any of the packs and the pack can be used for 30 days starting from the last subscription date. After 30 days, the validity is expired but the remaining balance will still be valid next 7 days from the expiry date. The remaining balance will be reusable when the customer bought any Data SuBoo pack next month.

What is the charging priority of the Data SuBoo pack compare with the other available packs?

If the customers has bought any other data packs (e.g. Daily Data, Weekly Data) and also boughtData SuBoo pack together, the customer shall be charged - It will be charged from daily data pack at first - And then, it will be charged from weekly data pack - The deduction from Data SuBoo pack (Monthly Data) will be continued after all other available packs have been fully consumed.

What is the charges of the Voice service and SMS?

The standard charges will be applied for the Voice service and SMS. The tariff will be different depends on the customer’s price plan. The detail of price plans and tariffs can be found in www.telenor.com.mm

Are there any changes in other services?

Other services (Balance transfer, Kyo Thone, My Tune etc) remain unchanged.
